

The Law Shop has been around since the mid-1980s, originally as a property branch of a bigger firm and since the 1990s as an independent business. Paula Lines took over the firm in September 2008 and it has improved and developed since then with the new team providing advice on many other areas including trusts, relationship property, subdivisions and all business matters.
The TeamDirector - Paula Lines, LL.B
Paula has practiced law in Rotorua for more than 10 years. Her areas of work include formation of and administration of trusts, relationship property agreements, subdivisions and general law. Paula is married to Bevan Lines and has a young family.
Solicitor - Rochelle Belworthy, B.A, LL.B
Rochelle moved to the big city to study at the University of Auckland. She practiced law in Auckland but has recently returned home to Rotorua to be closer to family and friends. Rochelle works primarily in residential property transactions, commercial and business law and assists with relationship property and general legal matters.
Senior Legal Executive - Anne Ludgate
Anne is a Fellow of the NZ Institute of Legal Executives meaning she has at least 10 years experience as a legal executive. Anne is married to Greg Ludgate and is extensively involved in community and volunteer services. Anne works in estate administration assisting families when a loved one has died.
Legal Executive - Kim Holder
Kim graduated as a legal executive in December 2008 and now undertakes residential property transactions and gifting. Kim is currently on maternity leave but due back early in 2011.
Support staff - Viv Harris and Adele Ransley
Together our support staff manage our trust account, debtors and creditors, complete all our secretarial work, answer our phones and greet our clients.
